If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or where applicable under local consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify ALiAS Road & ALiAS MX of your decision to withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal request through our withdrawal form or by contacting us via email.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound shipping (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option). Tariffs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods and ensure they are in brand new, unused, unworn & in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 7 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 7-day period has expired.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Returned items should be clean, unworn, unwashed, and include original packaging with the tags attached to the product.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products custom-made to customer specifications.
- Personalized products.
- Products featuring custom rider names, numbers, sponsor logos, team branding, or other customer-requested modifications.
- Goods that have been altered specifically for the customer and cannot reasonably be resold.
These products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or warranty claims.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the affected item as required by applicable law.
